2009 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2009 Barlow Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is incredibly smooth with velvety
tannins, a round palate and intense aromas of black cassis and violets. This highly complex wine boasts
a beautiful array of flavors including black plums and wild berries, with licorice and vanilla layered between hints of nutmeg.
The melted tannins provide the structure and elegance for a smooth round finish.

The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon has a little more depth, power and richness than
the Barrouge. Endowed with a serious core of intense fruit, good length and terrific overall balance, the 2009 continues to
open up in the glass, showing its considerable power, depth and grace. Dark red fruit, smoke, tobacco and scorched earth add
an element of gravitas on the finish. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2024
2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage Notes
The 2008 Barlow Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has a tremendous richness that is
a result of the fruit’s ripeness and a solid tannin structure that will allow it to mature and soften nicely over time.
Dark and decadent, the palate has a sweet rum raisin quality which is layered between crushed blackberries, black currant
interwoven with tobacco leaf, smoke, and forest floor. A good showing of balance and complexity makes this wine accessible
now. The aroma captures the essence of our property with black cherry, dark chocolate and just a hint of
French vanilla. $50.00/BTL 100% Cabernet Sauvignon 357cases Estate

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
2007 Unfiltered Barlow Estate Cabernet Sauvignon may be the finest wine of the vintage. It has a solid tannin structure that
will allow it to mature nicely over time, but I love the pure black currant fruit interwoven with tobacco leaf, ink, smoke,
and forest floor. The aroma shows the essence of our property with black sour cherry, rum raisin and just
a hint of French vanilla. Medium
to full-bodied, pure, rich, and convincing, give it 2-3 years of cellaring and enjoy it over the following 15+.
