Our 2004 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon delivers enticing aromas of cola and cherry before revealing dark, rich berries, cassis, and black cherries, which is typical of fruit grown on our Estate.  Well seasoned for 24 months in new and used French oak, the tannins have a delightfully velvet-like texture, partly because of the barrel aging but also from the incredible ripeness achieved this vintage.

The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is an opaque full-bodied wine that shows rich aromas of black sour cherry with hints of sweet vanilla that is a direct reflection of French oak barrels. The palate is loaded with up front flavors of black currents and sweet jam, the finish is lengthy with long luxurious tannins.
